ALTON, IL (KTVI - FOX2now.com)—
The Alton Fire Department battled a blaze at the Alton Marina on the Mississippi River. The fire started around 11 a.m. at the Marina near the Alton Belle Casino. Two boats were damaged heavily by flames. Another boat appears to have sustained some damage. It is unclear how the fire started. Alton officials are investigating.
