CLAYTON, MO (KTVI - FOX2now.com/Modified AP) - The first shipments of the H1N1 vaccine have arrive in Missouri, but you will still have to wait a while to get it. So far, the St. Louis County Health Department has received 5,000 doses of the nasal mist vaccine. The first recipients of the vaccine will be given to emergency responders and health care workers. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is visiting St. Louis to talk about the best ways to prevent the spread of the Swine Flu.

Sebelius will be joined by Rep. William Lacy Clay and others at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Saint Louis University's Center for Vaccine Development. They are expected to provide information about the new H1N1 vaccine.

Saint Louis University was one of a handful of research centers nationwide that tested the vaccine.
