ST. LOUI, MO (KTVI-FOX2now.com)—
A fight over funds: the city of St. Louis complains it's received almost nothing in federal highway repair stimulus money from the state of Missouri. But at a public meeting Tuesday night, FOX 2 has learned that MoDOT has agreed to spend millions more stimulus dollars in the city. But is it enough?
