LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI-FOX2now.com)—
There was a deadly accident on I-70 near Lake St. Louis Saturday night. The Missouri Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Sean Ruffin lost control of his SUV, hit the median, and then flipped. His Chevy blazer landed on its top. Ruffin was wearing his seatbelt, but did not survive.
