The storm is gone but in some parts of St. Louis County the clean up is just beginning. Among the hardest hit areas are Clayton, Ladue, and University City.

Many of the old trees that give old neighborhoods in those areas their beauty are a major nuisance at the moment. And when trees fall so do power lines. With so many of both on the ground it is going to take a while to get everything turned on and cleaned up.
