ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI - FOX2now.com) - A call from St. Louis-based warranty company landed an Ohio man behind bars. Tuesday, Charles Papenfus, 43, had his bond reduced to $5,000. His original bond was $45,000. He had spent several days in the St. Louis Workhouse following a contentious call with an ''extended warranty'' salesperson.

Investigators say Papenfus threatened to burn the company's building down and kill people. Panpenfus was charged with making a terrorist threat and was arrested about brought to St. Louis.

His wife told a local newspaper he was angry about a solicitation he received for a car that had a long expired warranty.
