Fed Up Man Threatens Telemarketer
A man in Ohio threatened a telemarketer allegedly because the company kept calling to offer vehicle warranties. The man apparently lost his temper and told the telemarketer he would blow up buildings and kill people. He was arrested and brought to St. Louis where the company is based. He's charged with making terrorist threats.

A call from St. Louis-based warranty company landed an Ohio man behind bars. Tuesday, Charles Papenfus, 43, had his bond reduced to $5,000. His original bond was $45,000.
He had spent several days in the St. Louis Workhouse following a contentious call with an ''extended warranty'' salesperson.Investigators say Papenfus threatened to burn the company's building down and kill people. Panpenfus was charged with making a terrorist threat and was arrested about brought to St. Louis.
His wife told a local newspaper he was angry about a solicitation he received for a car that had a long expired warranty.
If convicted, Panpenfus could serve up to four years in prison.
