Kathryn Collett's Corn Casserole
This recipe is a Thanksgiving favorite from Kathryn Collett, Director of Creative Services for FOX 2. Kids will love this Thanksgiving staple. Enjoy!

(I double this to make a 13x9 casserole)

1 15 oz. can corn

1 15 oz creamed corn

1 cup sour cream

½ stick butter

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Drain corn. Mix drained corn, creamed corn, sour cream, muffin mix and melted butter. Pour into casserole dish (8X8). Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, until golden brown and center is set.
