Kirkwood high teacher, Robert Becker has good chemistry between his classes and now the state of Missouri. He's been named Missouri teacher of the year. Becker has been teaching for 26 years and attended Washington University and Yale.His love for chemistry and service has taken him from Kirkwood to Kuwait, where he presented chemistry workshops. He mentors 16 other teachers; all while heading up the chemistry club and serving local charities with his students.
