The war over banning smoking had battles on two fronts in our area Tuesday. One of those fights might be called a children's crusade. St. Louis County has ruled that Kirkwood residents will be able to vote on banning smoking. In Wildwood, a seventh grade class project has resulted in yet another city council hearing on smoking.
