A Rockford Illinois native says it's like finding out, "Hitler is your dad." 41-year old Mathew Roberts is a Los Angeles d.j., given up for adoption at birth.
12 years ago he set out to find his biological parents and discovered he's the son of serial killer Charles Manson.
Roberts first discovered his biological mother in Wisconsin.
Later he learned she had been raped by Manson before the infamous Los Angeles murder spree.
Roberts says learning Manson was his dad made him frightened and angry saying, "I'm a peaceful person trapped in the face of a monster." When he gets worked up, Roberts says his eyes bug out just like Manson. He says he's learned to keep that under control.
