ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI - FOX2now.com) - One man was seriously injured in an early morning shooting in North St. Louis. This after several gather in North St. Louis for a "Day of Outrage".. an effort to bring attention to violence plaguing the city. Police say the man was shot in the head just before 12:30 a.m. while sitting in a chair on the front porch of a house on Riverview Boulevard near McLaran Avenue. Investigators found shell casings in the parking lot of an auto repair shop next door. But so far no suspects are in custody.
