The case against a Chesterfield CEO who police say secretly recorded women in a bathroom is expanding. We first told you about the story Wednesday night. Now, more potential victims are calling Chesterfield police. Jack Eigles, 55, is accused of using a hidden camera to covertly record women in the ladies' bathroom at Corporate Cash Flow Solutions on Long Road in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Eigles, who lives in Chesterfield, founded the company and is the President and CEO. When we first reported the story Wednesday, Chesterfield police said they had three to five victims. After our story aired, police say they received five to ten new calls. Some of those might be potential new victims. Others were just concerned about contact they had with Eigles.

"We take all of this information and build even more of a case," explained Chesterfield Police Lieutenant Steven Lewis.

Lewis says Eigles started recording women in the bathroom in July. Lewis won't reveal many details about the camera except to say it was very well concealed, "It's a camera that people wouldn't necessarily pick out. They wouldn't necessarily believe is out of place."

Flip Schwarz with Hackett Security, a private security firm in Ladue, says in this day and age hidden cameras can go in anything from sprinkler heads to books to clocks. He says the cameras are so discreet that most people would never notice them, "They come very small; they come pencil size, smaller than the size of your finger. They come any size and can be put anywhere."

As far as protecting yourself from being covertly recorded, Schwarz says be aware of your surroundings especially if new items suddenly show up, "The best thing you can do is ask questions. That's really the best thing a person can do. If something seems out of the ordinary, ask questions."

Eigles is charged with a felony count of invasion of privacy of multiple individuals. He has bonded out of jail.

Eigles' attorney declined to comment on the case.

A spokesperson for Corporate Cash Flow Solutions says Eigles is currently on a leave of absence from the company.
