WASHINGTON COUNTY, MO (KTVI-FOX2now.com)—
A 20 year old Cadet, Missouri man has been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting death of Jerry Litherland. Jacob Feldman has been charged with First Degree Murder, Armed Criminal Action, Burglary First Degree, and Tampering with Evidence. Feldman has also been charged in connection with the shooting of Jerry Litherland's father, James Litherland.

Feldman is currently being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $3 million cash only bond.

A joint investigation between the Washington County Sheriff's Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control lead to the arrest.
