Happy days are here again. No. it didn't exactly resemble the old 'Greatest Show On Turf, but for the first time in more than a year, the St. Louis Rams won a regular season football game. Some fans are now jumping back on the Rams bandwagon.
One fan said, "Some people may not be too excited because it was the Lions, but hey I'm happy for Spags his first win as a coach."
On "Rams Monday" on ESPN Radio's Bernie Mikalaz Show, the host gave out some game balls for a stellar effort.
"I think it's pretty obvious the first game ball goes to Rams running back Steven Jackson," says Mikalaz.
The team the Rams beat, the Detroit Lions, had a worse season last year: no wins and sixteen losses. At least the Rams now have no chance of tying that record.
