House Springs Man Charged With Manslaughter In Death Of Friend
HOUSE SPRINGS (KTVI-FOX2now.com) - A House Springs man is held without bond after police say he played a role in his friend's death. Scott Frederich is charged with alcohol-related involuntary manslaughter. On Friday, while driving in Jefferson County, investigators say he and a friend got in a fight. The friend climbed on the pickup truck's running boards, was thrown off, and later died.
