Eastbound traffic on Interstate 70 at the approach to I-270 is backed up for nearly four miles in St. Charles, Mo. due to a multi-car accident. Only one lane of traffic is getting by in that direction. Traffic is backed up to Hwy 94. Use the page avenue extension or I-64 to avoid the area.
