There is free house help for low-income families courtesy of home depot volunteers. Five families are benefiting from this free community event. The group Rebuilding Together St. Louis organized the event.
All the labor and materials are being provided by St. Louis volunteers and the home depot foundation."
"We come out and do a walk-through. And on this particular home we've gone through, there are some plumbing things inside that need to be repaired, cause the water is damaging some walls in the lower level. We've got the porch in disrepair that we probably need to remove some of the deck boards, reinforce it, replace the surface," said house captain Tom Harris.
