ST.. LOUIS -
The St. Louis Rams have signed wide receiver Jordan Kent. Kent fills the roster spot created when wide receiver Keenan Burton was placed on the reserve/injured list on Monday. At 6-4 and 219 pounds, Kent spent training camp with the Seattle Seahawks this season before being waived on Sept. 5.
Kent, a University of Oregon product, was a sixth-round draft choice (210th overall) of Seattle in the 2007 NFL Draft. Last season, Kent split time between Seattle's practice squad and the active roster. Kent played in nine games with one start, but did not record any statistics. Kent spent the 2007 season on Seattle's practice squad.
